If you want to have your design made to us, you must first send your logo in vector format (pdf, ai, cdr), except that you can send your personal information such as address and phone. Depending on the product you will make, you can also send additional picture and additional content information.

First of all, you need to share some information about the product you want to make with us. Information such as the substrate to be attached to the label, storage environment conditions, the reason for using the label, the size of the label, the number of orders must be shared with us. If you are planning to have a label for standard products on the market, it will be sufficient to write the product information.

Delivery time varies from product to product. The product has a special production period. While your order is being created, the estimated production time information will be shared with you. The delay in production time is usually due to the customer revising the design.

Of course, in all submitted designs, the control process such as cutting margin, resolution, placement is done free of charge, and in case of a noticeable error, the customer is informed and requested to be sent again.

If there is a situation that we can correct, the final version is sent to the customer's e-mail address for approval. After the approval process, it is included in the printing program.

If you want to print a product that is not in our product list, if you send the product details to us via e-mail or whatsapp, our customer representatives will take out the price and inform you.
